The Limited Fuel Proof Guarantee^SM Eligibility Requirements and Procedure.

Eligibility.

The limited Fuel Proof Guarantee program is available to North American trucking operations with a fleet size of 20 or more model-year 2000 or newer vehicles for demo. In order to qualify for the limited Fuel Proof Guarantee, the fleet must complete the customer demonstration protocol.

The Limited Fuel Proof Guarantee.

If, after the successful completion of all requirements outlined in the no-risk customer demonstration, there is not a measurable gain in average fuel economy across the demo vehicles as a group, Valvoline will remove all equipment from the vehicles and reimburse the customer for any and all incremental costs incurred specific to this test.

Incremental costs include the leasing/purchasing cost of the tiwiPro™ unit and any monthly subscription costs, the differential between oil changes performed with regular mineral-based and Premium Blue® Extreme 5W-40 engine oil, and any cost difference between the gear oil used by the fleet and Syn Gard™ FE 75W-90.

This applies to the customer demonstration fleet only and will be based on documented fuel charges. Incremental costs do not include normal labor costs such as routine oil changes, but will include any extra oil/filter changes over and above the standard fleet maintenance practices.
